Are Gather candles made to order?

Yes. Each candle is hand poured in the UK and in small batches. This ensures every piece is crafted with care and attention.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3–5 working days for your candle to be poured, set and prepared, plus delivery via Royal Mail Tracked. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves the studio.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently UK only. For international enquiries, get in touch hello@gatherathome.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

Personalization
What is the heirloom seal?

A coloured wax seal on the box, chosen by you — a small, considered detail that makes the object feel finished for you specifically.
Is there an additional charge for choosing a seal colour?

No. The seal colour is included as part of your candle.
Can I change my seal colour after ordering?

If your order hasn't yet entered production, yes — get in touch as soon as you can.

Product & Care
What wax do you use?

A soy wax blend, chosen for a clean burn, vegan properties and a refined finish.
How can I get the best burn from my candle?

Allow a full melt pool on the first light — around four hours. Trim the wick before every burn after that. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Are your candles vegan?

Yes — vegan and cruelty-free.

Returns
Do you accept returns?

Because each candle is made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless something arrives damaged — get in touch and we'll sort it promptly.
