Shipping & Returns

Because every Gather candle is hand-poured specifically for you, please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be crafted before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, we ship via Royal Mail tracked services. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your Gather piece. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at jemma@gatherathome.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

• Process: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5 working days.

• Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily arrange a replacement.
