Clean, cool and full of air. It opens with salt and ozone, the clear, mineral freshness of wind coming in off the water, lifted by green fig leaf and the soft petals of lily. It’s bright without being sharp, and fresh without a trace of suncream or seaside cliché.
Then cedarwood steadies it, and something smoother rises underneath: a soft, mineral warmth, like salt drying on your skin after a late swim. It’s the scent of open water and a little distance, made for late evenings, long baths and time that’s entirely your own.

Five wicks set in a circle and 3.9kg of hand-poured wax give a flame that becomes a light source in its own right. This isn’t a candle you place in a room. It’s the one the room gets arranged around.

Burn & Care
- Trim the wick to 5mm before every burn.
- Allow a full melt pool on the first light — around four hours. It's the biggest single factor in how evenly the candle burns from here on.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended.

The Gather promise Every candle is hand-poured in our UK studio once you order it — we don't hold pre-poured stock, because it's the only way to guarantee the freshest scent and the most even burn.
